Twalaa Juma is a highly skilled and dedicated office administrator with over 5 years of experience. In her role at PYI, she plays a vital role in managing administrative tasks and ensuring the organization's smooth operation. Twalaa's proficiency in organizational management and resource allocation is instrumental in supporting PYI's mission. She holds a Diploma in Public Relations from the Institute of Public Administration Zanzibar (IPA) and is also a digital business trainer, empowering young entrepreneurs with digital business skills.

Born and raised in Zanzibar, Twalaa is deeply committed to her community and to effecting positive change. In addition to her administrative role, she actively fights Gender-Based Violence (GBV) as a Community Brigade member with the Tanzania Media Women's Association (TAMWA - Zanzibar). Furthermore, she serves as a Community Leader with the Zanzibar Female Lawyers Association (ZAFELA), empowering women to assume leadership roles and participate in Zanzibar's democratic processes.
